Dean's List (Undergraduate)
Undergraduate students who earn the Dean’s List honor will be recognized by the college dean of their first major, contingent upon the following:
- Full-time students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a schedule of at least 12 newly-earned credits (or as a PASSHE Visiting Student) toward the completion of an undergraduate degree.
- Pass/No Credit and Pass/Fail courses will not be calculated into the 12 credit-hour minimum.
- Dean’s List exists only for regular fall and spring semesters, not for summer or winter sessions.
- Post-baccalaureate and graduate students are not eligible for the Dean’s List.
- Because student teaching is graded on a Pass/Fail basis, student teachers may achieve Dean’s List status if they have earned 90 or more credits and have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher at the end of the semester in which they student taught.
