PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Communication and Technology: Graduates will demonstrate effective oral, written, and digital communication skills to interact with athletes, coaches, officials, and stakeholders using appropriate technology. (GSLO 3)
- Professional Proficiency: Graduates will apply advanced knowledge of coaching and officiating principles, rules, and best practices to enhance performance, safety, and fairness in sport (GSLO 1,2)
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Graduates will evaluate complex, real-world situations in sport contexts and apply ethical, evidence-based decision-making to resolve challenges. (GSLO 1,2)
- Advocacy: Graduates will promote equity, inclusion, and athlete/official well-being in coaching and officiating contexts, serving as advocates for positive sport culture. (GSLO 1,2,3)
