Organizational Security, Minor

Security issues arise due to crime, man-made disasters, natural disasters, and emergencies and/or accidents which impairs an organization. This minor provides coursework to analyze an organization's security needs to find creative solutions to solve complex security issues.

Minor GPA: 2.0 or higher

Minor Requirements

  • Students must complete at least 6 credit hours in their minor from SRU
  • A minimum of 6 credit hours must be upper division (courses number 300 and above)
  • A minor shall be no fewer than 18 credits.
