Optimizing life choices through self-care can improve well-being, enhance productivity, and benefit the greater society. Many organizations are creating a culture of wellness that maximizes the well-being of employees to strengthen themselves and their business to contribute to a healthier population and economy. Through this thread, students will examine the role individuals, consumers, and businesses play in creating a healthy and sustainable society.
