Comparative Perspectives of Justice & Society Thematic Thread

This thread compares justice and political systems in the United States and other countries with multi-ethnic backgrounds. It aims to deepen students’ understanding of how different communities and societies address and overcome social and legal issues through various policy responses. This thread also explores the benefits and challenges of multiculturalism and specifically examines disparities that minority groups face in their communities and the criminal justice system.
