The Case Management in Nursing Certificate Program is a twelve-credit certificate program designed to prepare registered nurses with knowledge and skills to improve outcomes of cost effectiveness, quality care, and patient satisfaction in settings across the health care continuum.

Classes are web-based with orientation sessions held on campus. The clinical practicum is arranged between the student and selected health care agencies throughout the Department of Nursing.
