COMM 407 - Social Media 2: Analytics and Strategies


This course will examine the concepts of social media networks and the process of collecting, analyzing, measuring, and visualizing data for organization and business. The course will emphasize on understanding the role of theories in social media analytics, and the tools that help collecting, analyzing social media data and preparing reports. As an advanced level course, students will be required to learn and apply data analytics software beside significant writing assignments, formal presentations.
